Sheehy Hyundai of Chantilly is looking for Sales Consultants to join our family as we continue to grow! NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!! We will train you to be the BEST sales Consultant! Individuals with experience in food/beverage, hospitality, retail sales, insurance, and real estate, or who are just out of college or the military, to name just a few, have found SUCCESS in automobile sales! Bilingual skills are a PLUS!!

Responsibilities
- Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
- Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
- Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
- Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.
Requirements
- Sales experience in ANY industry is welcome - excellent training is provided
- An energetic and outgoing 'people person who's motivated to succeed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
- Must have a valid driver's license
