We’re currently seeking an experienced Deal Poster to join our Accounting Team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial reporting for vehicle sales and related transactions in a fast‑paced dealership environment.

We’re currently seeking an experienced Deal Poster to join our Accounting Team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial reporting for vehicle sales and related transactions in a fast‑paced dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal posting and deal costing
- Track Contracts in Transit (CIT) and vehicle receivables
- Verify commissions, rebates, and dealer cash
- Resolve daily deal issues
- Process lien payoffs, refunds, and warranty cancellations
- Assist with the month‑end close and accounting schedules
- Prior dealership accounting experience preferred
- Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks a plus)
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license; must pass background check, MVR, and drug test
