This role involves assisting with daily accounting activities and dealership transactions, managing various accounting, title, and administrative functions across locations.

- Monitor Contracts in Transit and receivables
- Handle daily cash receipts and deposits
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR)
- Post retail and wholesale vehicle transactions
- Process product billing and cancellations
- Complete dealer reserve reconciliations
- Complete floor-plan reconciliations
- Reconcile non-vehicle manufacturer statements
- Maintain and organize accounting records and documents
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
- Perform general accounting and administrative duties as needed
- 1 year of accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting assistant experience
- Automotive dealership experience preferred
- Deal posting experience a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and reconciliations
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must successfully complete a background check, drug test, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.
Salary : $20 - $23
