MECHANIC

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections on light and medium-duty fleet vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using modern diagnostic tools
• Complete brake work, tire replacements, engine diagnostics, HVAC repair, suspension, and more
• Keep accurate maintenance records for each vehicle
• Monitor and report on parts inventory and recommend reorders
• Work with the Fleet Manager to schedule and prioritize repairs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Ensure all work complies with DOT and company safety standards
• Other duties as assigned

Experience and Requirements:

• Current ASE Certification(s) (e.g., A1–A8 or equivalent)
• 3 years of automotive repair experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor as needed
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
