We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Seamstress specializing in wig creation and customization. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality wigs by measuring, cutting, sewing, and assembling materials with precision and care. Responsibilities

• Measure clients’ head dimensions accurately using measuring instruments to ensure proper fit and comfort
• Cut fabric materials manually with precision, following detailed patterns and specifications
• Construct wigs by sewing lace, netting, and hair fibers using industrial sewing machines and serging equipment
• Handle materials efficiently within the warehouse environment, ensuring proper storage and inventory management
• Apply quality standards in production to maintain consistency, durability, and aesthetic appeal of each wig
• Perform detailed seam construction and garment sewing techniques to assemble wig components seamlessly
• Incorporate embroidery or decorative elements as required to enhance the final product’s appearance
• Follow safety standards in production environments to prevent accidents and ensure a safe workspace

Skills

• Proficiency with measuring instruments for accurate dimensional measurements
• Strong understanding of quality standards in production processes
• Expertise in seam construction, garment sewing, and garment construction techniques
• Experience operating industrial sewing machines, serging, and sewing machines for various fabric types
• Skilled in materials handling within a manufacturing or warehouse setting
• Knowledge of manual fabric cutting methods for precise pattern placement
• Familiarity with safety standards applicable to manufacturing environments
• Ability to work with diverse fabric materials including textiles used in upholstery or wig fibers
• Experience with upholstery techniques can be beneficial for certain wig styles or customizations
• Competence in embroidery for decorative detailing on wigs or accessories
• Background in manufacturing processes related to garment creation or accessory production
• Warehouse experience is advantageous for managing inventory and supplies efficiently
