Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our team at Sheboygan Senior Community. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met in a supportive and respectful environment.
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Day Shifts | Every 3rd Weekend
Pay: LPN $27.00 up to $38.00 Depending on experiences, RN $36-$43 Depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document residents’ health status
- Collaborate with physicians and care team members
- Supervise CNAs and support staff
- Respond to emergencies and changes in condition
- Maintain accurate medical records
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in the State of Wisconsin
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
- Experience with Matrix Charting preferred
