What You'll Do
- Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations
- Support, mentor, and develop nursing staff to promote excellence in resident care
- Help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies
- Assist with staff education, training, coaching, and performance management
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and resident-focused culture
- Monitor and maintain quality care standards and clinical outcomes
- Serve as a resource and leader for nursing staff, residents, and families
What We're Looking For
- Active LPN or RN license (RN preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of long-term care or skilled nursing experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred, but we welcome strong clinical nurses ready to advance into management
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Passion for resident-centered care and team development
