Position: Bell Services Attendant – Part Time
Reports To: Rooms Division Manager & Director of Rooms
Schedule & Details
Hours: 15–20 hours per week
Availability: Weekends required; flexible scheduling needed
Compensation: $14/hour
About the Role
The Bell Services Attendant plays a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and guest-focused environment from arrival through departure. This position is responsible for assisting guests with check-in/check-out processes and ensuring their stay is comfortable, seamless, and enjoyable.
In this role, you’ll provide hands-on guest service support, including handling luggage, delivering items, and assisting with transportation needs. Bell attendants are often the first and last impression of the resort, making attentiveness and hospitality essential to success.

What You’ll Do
- Assist guests with arrival and departure processes, including check-in/check-out support
- Load, unload, and transport luggage with care and efficiency
- Escort guests to rooms and provide information about resort amenities and services
- Explain in-room features such as phone, TV, internet, and other amenities
- Store and tag luggage for arrivals and departures
- Deliver messages, packages, flowers, laundry, and other guest-requested itemsProvide shuttle service to condos and nearby locations as needed
- Maintain accurate logs of baggage handling and guest service requests
- Interact with guests and team members in a friendly, professional manner at all times

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
