Position: Restaurant Server Assistant- Part Time
Reports to: Food & Beverage Supervisor and Banquets & Outlets Manager
Job Purpose: Responsible for providing excellent service to guest(s) in a courteous manner to exceed their dining expectations.
Job Summary: The Restaurant Busser is responsible for maintaining the dining area; clearing and resetting tables and taking dishes to the kitchen area.
Wage: $10 an hour tips
Duties
- Provide welcoming atmosphere to guest.
- Be courteous, friendly, and helpful to fellow employees, vendors, and guests.
- Stocks bus stations, cleans glassware, and refills drinks.
- Responds to additional guest requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process.
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to guest spills or other special needs.
- Welcomes guests by exchanging pleasantries; escorting them to assigned dining area; presenting menus; announcing waitperson’s name.
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies.
- Helps dining room staff by setting and clearing tables; replenishing water; serving beverages.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Responsibilities will include bussing, hosting, food running, and helping with to-go orders.

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Position is available for 14-15 year olds
