We are the global leader of infectious control solutions. More than 99% of our products are manufactured in the United States, with the bulk of it right in our facility located in Morgan Hill, CA. We’re looking for a driven, curious, and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team on-site in Morgan Hill, CA. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to build a sales career, connect with healthcare professionals, and help expand our presence in the medical device market.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls and send emails to engage healthcare professionals and other potential customers.
• Partner with account executives to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Learn to effectively communicate our company’s products, services, and value proposition.
• Meet or exceed outreach and lead generation goals.
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date for consistent reporting and tracking.
• Stay informed on market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Maintain a positive and persistent attitude in a high-energy, goal-driven environment.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of Customer Service and/or sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office; CRM experience helpful.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn and grow.
• Ability to adapt quickly and remain upbeat when faced with challenges.

Hourly rate of pay is $25.00 to $33.00, commensurate with experience
