In this role, you'll play a vital part in our daily operations by receiving materials, maintaining inventory, preparing customer orders, and ensuring products move efficiently through our warehouse.
What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Worker II, you'll be responsible for a variety of warehouse and logistics functions, including:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Organize, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Read and interpret work orders, shipping documents, and customer requests to ensure order accuracy.
- Coordinate outbound shipments and arrange carrier pickups.
- Maintain an adequate supply of shipping materials to support daily operations.
- Support production and operations by ensuring materials are available where and when they're needed.
- Safely move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
- Identify and report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, or equipment issues.
- Collaborate with teammates across operations to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
- 2 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred.
- Experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems.
- Forklift experience or certification, or the ability to become certified.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to support the team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an active warehouse environment that includes standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the day.
