What You'll Do
- Operate a stand-up reach truck safely and efficiently in a high-density racking system
- Replenish pick locations to ensure inventory is always available for order fulfillment
- Move, stack, and organize inventory within warehouse storage locations
- Support picking and shipping teams by ensuring product availability and flow
- Verify product locations and maintain accurate inventory placement
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks
- Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment in busy warehouse aisles
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
- Communicate any inventory issues, damages, or discrepancies to leadership
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
- Previous experience operating a stand-up reach truck required
- Forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment
- Comfortable working at height within racking systems
- Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
