Shear Excellence is coming to Charleston, SC, this December, and we're looking for talented, motivated stylists to join our founding Charleston team!

Shear Excellence is a woman-owned, upscale men's salon brand that began in Charlotte, NC, 15 years ago and has grown to four successful locations. Now, we're bringing our signature experience to Charleston!
We specialize in precision men's cuts, beard services, beard facials, and more. First men's salon to offer a head spa experience just for men in the area! We believe in investing in our stylists through continued education, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to grow your skills and your income.

Compensation & Growth
- $60,000 earning potential
- Guaranteed hourly pay
- Paid training prior to our grand opening

✂ What You'll Do
- Deliver precision men's haircuts and exceptional client experiences
- Work alongside a talented, positive, and motivated team
- Learn advanced services through our training program
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Help create an amazing salon culture from day one!
✅ What You Bring
- Valid South Carolina cosmetology or barber license appropriate for the services performed
- At least 1 year of men's haircutting experience (post-school)
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Passion for quality, detail, and exceptional customer service
- Excitement about joining a growing company!
