Duties
- Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions to meet each client’s unique needs.
- Apply advanced techniques such as balayage, highlights, lowlights, and color correction with a strong understanding of color theory.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations to ensure client safety.
- Use salon management software such as Vagaro to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to clients’ desires, offering professional recommendations, and upselling retail products like hair care.
Skills
- Proven expertise in hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques with a focus on precision and creativity.
- Knowledge of salon software systems like Vagaro for appointment booking and client management.
- Strong understanding of color theory to achieve desired hues and corrective color solutions.
