Schedule: Day Shift | Approximately 50 Hours Per Week | Monday-Friday

Join a General Contractor supporting the construction of a commercial warehouse with cold storage installation. This short-term assignment provides an opportunity to oversee safety operations during an active phase of construction involving multiple trades, material handling, structural activities, and refrigeration system installation.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Construction Safety Manager available for immediate project coverage.

Required Qualifications

OSHA 30 Certification

5 years of Construction Safety Management experience

Experience supporting General Contractor operations

Experience conducting site inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring

Strong understanding of OSHA construction regulations and contractor safety management

Preferred Qualifications

Commercial warehouse construction experience

Cold storage or refrigerated facility construction experience

Experience supporting multiple subcontractors and trades

CHST, ASP, CSP, or other BCSP credential

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily safety activities for commercial construction operations
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Monitor contractor compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements
• Support warehouse and cold storage construction activities
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation
• Deliver safety orientations and field safety coaching
• Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
• Partner with project management and field supervision to proactively identify and mitigate hazards
• Coordinate safety efforts among multiple contractors and trades
• Promote a positive safety culture across the project
