Duties
- To ascertain each patient's unique needs, conduct comprehensive assessments that include vital signs, physical examinations, and reviews of medical histories. visits clients once every sixty days.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license with current registration in the relevant state or jurisdiction.
- Excellent communication skills for triage assessments and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams; experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays is a plus.
