What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, personalized nursing care to residents
- Respond quickly to resident needs to ensure comfort and safety
- Administer medications and provide skilled nursing care as ordered
- Monitor, document, and report changes in resident conditions
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and care team members
- Assist with maintaining a safe, supportive environment
- Help supervise and support Nursing Assistants and LPNs
What We’re Looking For
- Active LPN License in good standing
- CPR Certification
- Strong clinical judgment and a heart for patient-centered care
- Excellent communication, documentation, and computer skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
Pay & Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate: $32.00 – $34.00 per hour
