Job Summary
This position's primary responsibility is to provide administrative, clerical, and customer service support to the Treasurer’s Office. This role assists the public and internal staff while ensuring accurate and efficient processing of office functions and daily operations.
This is a summer, limited term position, working approximately 20 hours/week.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Review and assist with department deposits.
• Assist customers at the counter and provide general customer service.
• Scan, label, organize, and file records, documents, and tax information.
• Answer phone calls and assist or direct callers as needed.
• Prepare checks for mailing by folding and stuffing envelopes.
• Assist with general office and clerical tasks within the Treasurer’s Office
• Perform other duties as assigned.
-High School Diploma or Equivalent.
-One-year related office experience.
-Experience with Microsoft Office.
