The Payroll & Administrative Specialist is responsible for company end-to-end payroll processing. This role serves as the critical link for all payroll related tasks to include calculating wages, collecting employee data, tax filing and processing paychecks and resolving any payroll related issues.
This position serves as a liaison between finance, human resources, and safety. This role is responsible for administrative duties to include portions of new hire orientation, HRIS administration, human resources administration, and safety administration with the primary emphasis on ensuring training and compliance standards are met.
