Associate Attorney – Family Law (5 Years Experience)
Location: Bedminster, New Jersey
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, standard business hours)
Compensation: $85,000 – $150,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate family law attorney with at least three (3) years of experience to manage a diverse caseload. This role involves handling all aspects of family law matters, including litigation, negotiation, and mediation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to effectively support clients through highly emotional and complex situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload involving divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, and domestic violence matters
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Develop and implement strategic legal solutions tailored to each client’s needs
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Provide compassionate and professional guidance to clients during stressful and emotional circumstances
- Maintain organized and timely case management
Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of family law experience (litigation experience strongly preferred)
- Judicial clerkship in the Family Part, strongly preferred
- Active license to practice law in New Jersey
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
