Shaw Brothers Construction is currently hiring. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks on construction sites, such as digging trenches, loading and unloading materials, and assisting with the operation of heavy equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of tasks on construction sites such as digging trenches, loading and unloading materials, and assisting with the operation of heavy equipment
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with other team members
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment and tools
- Help in maintaining a clean and organized job site
- Assist with other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
