What You'll Do
- Assist with residential construction projects from start to finish
- Perform demolition, site preparation, framing, and general carpentry
- Install decking, railings, siding, trim, windows, and doors
- Load and unload materials
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Keep jobsites organized and clean
- Work alongside experienced carpenters while learning new skills every day
- Help maintain our reputation for quality workmanship and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable and shows up every day
- Honest with strong integrity
- Works well as part of a team
- Physically able to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors in all seasons
- Comfortable using hand and power tools (experience preferred but not required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Construction experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
