What You'll Be Doing
You'll help keep our accounting and office operations running smoothly, including:
- Accounts receivable
- Customer statements
- Account reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Reviewing transactions for accuracy
- Following up on outstanding balances
- Professional customer collection calls
- General bookkeeping and office support
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting our Accounting Director

Monday–Friday schedule — NO nights or weekends
Great Starting wage: $18–$22/hour
