What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing & Accounts Specialist position at Axiom Property Management?
The Billing Director coordinates all of the tenant/utility accounts for our large fast growing property management company. This is a desk job. This position is directly responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable. Computer skills are a must. 30 WPM typing or faster is required. General knowledge of accounting practices and understanding simple statements and ledgers is a must. Below is a more detailed description of the position available.
Answering/Responding to Billing calls
Collecting Rents
Entering payables- bills to be paid
Entering non-rent receivables (utility reimbursements, owner contributions, etc.)
Tenants concern responses
Sending payments to vendors
