- Gather, refine, and validate complex business requirements, including interdependencies, risks, and issues.
- Analyze business operations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for process automation.
- Assist in business process design, redesign, and documentation.
- Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between business units and strategies.
- Develop complex business cases.
- Work on multiple projects as a team member or project leader.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Technical Competencies- Advanced ability to gather and refine complex business requirements and assess interdependencies.
- Advanced ability to develop complex business cases.
- QA expertise with a focus on end-to-end functional testing.
- Advanced ability to create impact analyses and make recommendations.
- Advanced ability to present complex strategies and business decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance principles.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- In-depth understanding of business architecture and its relationship to other architectures.
- Advanced ability to assess corporate impacts of changes and recommend strategies to senior management.
