Onsite Desktop Support L1

We are hiring an Onsite Deskside Support Engineer (L1/L2) to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot end-user devices, and maintain IT infrastructure in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technical support for desktop and laptop systems, including hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities and break/fix support for end-user devices.
• Manage desktop device lifecycle, including configuration, patching, OS imaging, and hardware replacements.
• Use tools such as SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow for asset management, ticket resolution, and support operations.
• Perform approved software installations, updates, and security patching in accordance with IT policies.
• Provide remote and onsite support for MS Office, Outlook, VPN clients, and other enterprise applications.
• Support printers, scanners, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Assist with Active Directory tasks, basic user account management, and smart hands support.
• Maintain technical documentation, incident records, and hardware inventory.
• Follow ITIL practices for incident, problem, and service request management.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols, antivirus monitoring, and desktop policies.
• Provide VIP support and assist with critical escalations and outages.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in L1/L2 deskside or desktop support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows operating systems, hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Familiarity with SCCM, Intune, ServiceNow, and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and corporate IT support environments.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work onsite and support end users professionally.

Compensation

• 220 USD Per Day
• Compensation and engagement terms are subject to the agreed scope of work and employment arrangement.
