Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear and courteous communication at all times
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing them efficiently to appropriate departments
- Utilize Office management software such as Microsoft Office, Word processing, spreadsheets, and productivity tools like Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to document interactions accurately
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy using computer literacy skills, including typing, proofreading, and maintaining organized records
- Support administrative functions by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings to optimize office workflow
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing correspondence to ensure smooth daily operations
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills to provide top-tier customer support and resolve issues effectively
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles within an office environment is highly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software is essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
