Sharks Restaurant & Billiards isn’t your average bar and grill—we’re a 14,000 sq. ft. locally owned hotspot that blends great food, nightlife, and entertainment under one roof. With billiards, darts, golf simulators, arcade games, projection screens, and a full-service restaurant, Sharks has been Shawnee’s go-to place for good times since 2006.
We’re now looking for a skilled, hands-on Bar Manager to lead our bar operations, elevate guest experiences, and drive sales in a high-energy, entertainment-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
Oversee day-to-day bar operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training.
Lead and inspire a team of bartenders to deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maximize bar profitability.
Ensure compliance with all state liquor laws, health, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the GM and FOH leadership team to support events, promotions, and late-night operations.
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, keeping the Sharks brand experience fun and memorable.
What We’re Looking For
2 years of bar management or lead bartender experience in a busy, high-volume setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate staff.
Solid knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and industry trends.
Comfortable with POS systems, scheduling, and bar inventory software.
Must be 21 with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
