Compensation Range: Ranges from $26/hr - $35/hr. Specific compensation is set according to a standardized scale aligned with your educational level at the time of hire.

- Assist with process improvement initiatives to streamline legal workflows
- Support technology adoption and help evaluate legal tech tools
- Contribute to knowledge management projects that improve team efficiency
- Help analyze data to drive better decision-making within the legal function
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other business teams on shared initiatives
- Participate in project management activities and track progress on legal ops initiatives
- Education: Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master's program
- Must be able to work a part-time 15 to 16 hour/week schedule with at least one 8-hour day per week onsite in Needham, MA
- Strong interest in legal operations, business of law, or related fields
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Curious and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
