🌱 About Owl VisionOwl Vision builds ultra-low-power camera and sensor devices to help fruit growers and greenhouse operators monitor insects and plant diseases in real time.
We work with apple orchards, greenhouses, and specialty crop growers to turn images and micro-climate data into actionable insights — so they spray smarter, reduce risk, and sleep better during the season.

Scheduling & Coordination
- Help schedule intro calls and demos between the founder and growers
- Coordinate time slots, send calendar invites, and remind people before meetings
- Maintain a simple weekly pipeline report (who is at which stage, what’s next)
Customer Communication
- Draft clear, friendly emails to orchard and greenhouse growers
- Send recap emails after calls (key points, next actions)
- Help prepare simple one-pagers, slide decks, or PDF summaries for growers
Trade Show Support (Optional but a plus)
- Help with pre-show outreach (letting existing leads know we’ll be there)
- Assist with on-site note taking, scanning badges, and organizing contacts
- Help with post-show follow-up campaigns
- You’re currently a junior or senior majoring in:

- You can commit 10–15 hours per week during the Spring semester
- Experience with any CRM (HubSpot, Close, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience in agriculture, horticulture, food systems, or sustainability
- Experience helping a startup, student venture, or club grow membership or partnerships
- Comfortable attending the occasional trade show in New England (we cover costs)
