Are you a hunter? We’re hiring a driven sales pro to own new logo acquisition in the insurance broker / benefits space.
What you’ll do
- Prospect and close relationships with broker / agency partners across your assigned territory
- Present our AI‑powered benefits platform tools to brokers, positioning you as a strategic partner
- Own the full sales cycle - from outreach, demo, negotiation to onboarding
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver a differentiated broker experience
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience selling to brokers or agencies
- Strong track record of closing new logos (not just expansion)
- Ability to articulate value in terms of ROI, cost savings, improved client satisfaction
- Self‑starter with resilience, creativity in cold outreach, and comfort navigating complex deals
