🔍 What We're Looking For:

A results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong understanding of home care and medical staffing. If you have existing healthcare connections and a passion for building meaningful partnerships, we want to hear from you!

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain B2B relationships with healthcare institutions.
• Identify referral opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Promote Havenova’s services: companion care, personal care, transitional care, and medical staffing.
• Meet with discharge planners, case managers, and social workers.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and report progress.
• Represent Havenova at events and community engagements.

🎯 Qualifications:

• 2 years in healthcare business development or outreach.
• Knowledge of home care and staffing operations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Local travel required.
• CRM experience (GoHighLevel is a plus).
