About the Role
ShareSTAFF is hiring Forklift Operators for warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution assignments across California’s Central Valley. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running safely and efficiently - loading and unloading trucks, moving materials throughout the facility, and organizing warehouse space.

What You’ll Do
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely
- Load and unload trucks, flatbed trailers, and enclosed trailers
- Transport raw materials, finished products, and supplies between warehouse areas
- Organize and consolidate warehouse space for optimal product storage
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs
- Follow all safety protocols, including OSHA forklift operation standards
- Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory counts, and general warehouse duties as needed
What You Bring - Required
- Previous forklift operating experience (sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck)
- Current forklift certification (OSHA required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for full shifts
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to read and write in English for documentation and communication
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
What You Bring - Preferred
- Experience with electric pallet jacks, order pickers, or reach trucks
- Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management
- Comfortable working in warehouse environments (may include cold storage or outdoor yards)
