One to One 1:1 Support Staff
Unique human service agency providing an array of Therapeutic Supports to Adults with disabilities is looking for full and part time 1:1 Vocational and Residential Support Staff. In this position, you will work one to one with an Individual with Developmental Disabilities and provide community support and job coaching in various settings, which could include an outdoor farm environment, in private homes, and in the community. Some experience with Individuals on the Autism spectrum and Individuals with FragileX preferred. Farm experience is a plus. MAP certification desirable but not required. Successful candidates require a high degree of coachability, flexibility, and commitment to person-centered, non-stigmatizing, holistic supports. Valid Driver's License required. Weekday, some early evenings, holidays, and rotating Weekend shifts available.
Benefits are available to full time staff after 90 days probationary period.
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
