About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial Territory Sales Representative to develop and grow a geographic territory. This is an outside sales position for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems, and growing a business. Our comprehensive one-year training program combines classroom instruction with hands-on field training to prepare you for success.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow your own sales territory
- Develop new accounts and expand existing relationships
- Demonstrate products and provide customer solutions
- Work with industrial, commercial, institutional, and government customers
- Use consultative, solution-based selling
- Manage customer relationships and sales activity through a CRM
- Grow your income through performance and incentives
Qualifications
- Successful outside sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and entrepreneurial
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- General knowledge of maintenance, repair, or industrial products is a plus
