Role Description
The Field Supervisor for the Elderly, Mentally, and Physically Disabled is a full-time, on-site role based in Lafayette, LA. This role involves overseeing and coordinating care services for clients, ensuring personalized and high-quality care is delivered by staff. Responsibilities include supervising caregivers, conducting client assessments, monitoring care plans, maintaining compliance with policies and regulations, and liaising with clients, families, and other care providers to address needs and concerns.
