Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Legal Assistant role based in Miami, FL. The Legal Assistant will support attorneys with preparing and organizing legal documents, maintaining case files, and managing calendars and deadlines. Daily tasks include drafting correspondence, filing and e-filing court documents, coordinating client communications, and handling general administrative duties such as scheduling, data entry, and document management. The role also involves assisting with legal research, tracking case progress, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely. The Legal Assistant will work closely with the legal team to support smooth case operations and a positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of law-related processes and familiarity with legal terminology.
- Experience with legal document preparation, including drafting, formatting, and filing.
