We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our Pradera Apartments in San Ramon, CA. This role supports the Community Manager in daily operations, leasing performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with housing regulations. You will help create a welcoming community while contributing to strong occupancy retention.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily property operations, leasing, and resident relations.
- Manage resident records including move-ins, deposits, rent changes, collections, evictions, move-outs.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident questions and concerns.
- Review and process invoices for contracted services.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and maintenance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in multi-family property management.
- Proficiency with property management software (Yardi) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
