About the Role:
As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role at our Pradera Apartments in San Ramon, by facilitating the leasing process for prospective residents. Your primary objective will be to ensure high occupancy rates by effectively marketing available units and providing exceptional customer service. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the overall success and profitability of the properties you represent.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and highlight available units to prospective residents.
- Ensuring that curb appeal is well-maintained for potential and current residents.
- Assist in the leasing process by preparing lease agreements and ensuring compliance with company policies and local and state laws.
- Maintain relationships with current residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assists residents with service requests, maintenance emergencies and contact proper personnel as needed.
- Scheduling Pre-Move in and out inspections.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract potential residents and increase property visibility.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure the community is well-maintained and meets resident expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant communications, and occupancy status using property management software.
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure units are ready for occupancy.
- Follow up with prospective tenants to answer questions and encourage lease signings.
- Stay informed about local market conditions and competitor offerings to effectively position the property.
