Shannon Miles Group is growing, and we're looking for a passionate, driven Buyer's Agent to join our team in Northeast Texas. We specialize in rural acreage, land, homes on acreage, new construction, and residential properties across Lamar County and the surrounding region. This is not your average city real estate gig. This is wide-open land, real relationships, and a community that actually knows your name.
What you'll do:
Work with buyers to find their perfect property, whether that's a hobby farm, a forever home on acreage, a new construction in a growing neighborhood, or anything in between. You'll have the support of a team, established systems, and a brand that is known and trusted in this market.
What we're looking for:
- Active Texas Real Estate License with 2 or more years of experience
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a heart for client service
- Familiarity with rural, land, or acreage properties is a plus
- Someone who leads with hospitality and genuinely loves Northeast Texas
