Data Entry Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Data Entry Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. This is a fully remote position offering flexible hours, making it ideal for individuals who are organized, efficient, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update information into databases, spreadsheets, or content management systems (CMS).
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
• Maintain and organize digital files and records.
• Review, correct, and clean up existing data as needed.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure secure handling of confidential information.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
• Fast and accurate typing skills (typically 40–60 WPM minimum).
• High attention to detail and ability to spot data errors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, or other data platforms.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines independently.
• A reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
