Responsibilities
Audits Front Office and F&B Cashiers Reports by reviewing the guest folios, vouchers and guest checks on the rates, prices, computation, documentation, authorization of charges, etc and reports discrepancies.
- Prepares, verifies and reconciles Daily F&B Revenue Reports by reflecting the summary of the total revenue of all restaurants and bars.
- Reconciles Guest Ledger balance per daily F&B Revenue report with that of the Front Office machine balance and as required, traces discrepancies, if any.
- Ensures that night audit reports are accomplished and that night audit is in balance.
- Possesses full knowledge of emergency procedures
- Attends scheduled employee training and periodic reviews on departmental responsibilities in case of emergencies.
- Performs other duties as may be required by management from time to time.
- Ensures timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area.
Requirements
Diploma in Accountancy or SPM with related accountancy background.
