JOB DESCRIPTION

Accurately collects payments and makes change to close out guest checks, totaling food and beverage purchases in a friendly and courteous manner.

REPORTS TO

Restaurant Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setup and stock work area
• Maintain a clean work area
• Greet guests and members in a polite and personalized manner
• Receive and process guests' payments

QUALIFICATIONSSKILLS

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Related experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License (required)
• Must be able to maintain professional status through interface with customers, management, and co-workers.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, including but not limited to extended hours, irregular shifts, evenings, holidays, and/or weekends.
