Shaner Hotels has an amazing opportunity at our DuBois Fairfield Inn & Suites located in DuBois, Pennsylvania. The 91-room Fairfield Inn & Suites DuBois is located off I-80. We offer our guests free hot breakfast, free Wi-Fi, fitness and business centers, and guest laundry.
- Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned hotel public areas according to franchise and hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, meeting rooms, and other guest-facing areas.
- Set up, arrange, and break down meeting and event spaces as needed.
- Assist with guest room turnover and room inspections when required.
- Deliver guest-requested items such as towels, linens, toiletries, and amenities to guest rooms in a timely manner.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Fold, organize, and distribute laundry and linens as needed.
- Report maintenance deficiencies, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items promptly.
- Complete deep-cleaning and seasonal cleaning projects as scheduled.
- Restock housekeeping carts, supply closets, and storage areas at the end of each shift.
- Follow all housekeeping procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of guest rooms and hotel property.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
