Shaner Hotels has an exciting opportunity to join our team at the Fort Lauderdale Downtown Courtyard by Marriott. Located just minutes from the beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach, this 137-room hotel offers an exceptional guest experience with modern accommodations, a spectacular rooftop bar and pool, and a prime downtown location.
With over 2,300 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, our hotel welcomes both business and leisure travelers while providing associates with the opportunity to grow their hospitality careers in a dynamic and engaging environment.

- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.
- Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
- Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
- Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- Computer experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
