About The Team
Shaner Hotels has an amazing opportunity to join our team at our Fort Lauderdale Downtown Courtyard by Marriott. This 137-room hotel is located just miles from Fort Lauderdale Beach, with an amazing rooftop bar and pool to satisfy our guests. With over 2300 square feet of flexible meeting space, this hotel is the perfect opportunity to expand your hospitality career.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.
- Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
- Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
- Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- Computer experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
