We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Staff member. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
- You must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- You will ensure compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department.
- Maintain food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.
- You will communicate effectively with General Manager, Department Managers, Supervisors, and Staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
As a Food and Beverage Service Staff member, you will assist servers in providing quality food and beverage service to guests according to hotel specifications. You will also maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and equipment.
- Stock all wares and equipment needed for service.
- Assist in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in guest relations and/or training is preferred.
- You must be able to effectively communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- You should have knowledge of local activities and attractions suitable for clientele.
