Bilingual Client Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a driven and personable Bilingual Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You'll be responsible for speaking with prospective clients, evaluating their needs, and helping them take the next step toward legal representation.

Full-Time | $20.19/hr | Onsite/In Person | Peachtree City, GA

Salary: $20.19 an hour. Base pay up to 40k in bonuses

Positions Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST or Monday - Friday 10:00AM to 7:00PM EST

What You'll Do

• Speak with prospective clients regarding potential personal injury claims
• Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with interested leads
• Qualify potential cases based on firm guidelines
• Clearly explain the benefits of working with Shane Smith Law
• Gather and accurately document client information
• Build trust and establish rapport with prospective clients
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
• Work closely with attorneys and support staff to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Spanish)
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, call centers, or client-facing roles preferred
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable handling objections and guiding conversations
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable managing a high volume of phone interactions
