Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pool Service Technician located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Pool Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on pool systems, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, as well as providing excellent customer service during field visits. Daily tasks include inspecting cleaning pool, ensuring water quality standards, documenting work completed, and addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Skills in Maintenance, Repair, and general upkeep of pool systems
- Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Proficiency in Field Service roles, including on-site evaluations and interventions
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to address client inquiries professionally
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of pool water chemistry and equipment is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
