We are hiring an HVAC Service Technician!

This position provides service and maintenance to our residential and light commercial customers. We are a high-tech company and Trane Comfort Specialists!

Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Pay: $60,000 to $100,000 per year. Uncapped earning potential

Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide proper diagnoses on a wide variety of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems
• Perform routine maintenance on a wide variety of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems
• Complete repairs for diagnosed systems in a precise and thorough manner
• Provide proper and clear communication on diagnoses/recommendations and invoicing for customer and service manager
• Provide excellent customer service and follow company policies and procedures as stated in the employee handbook
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams
  
  

Qualifications / Skills

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 3 years' experience as a Service Technician
• EPA Universal
• Experience in consulting customers repairs and products
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• Knowledge of TRANE equipment a plus!
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• NATE Certifications or acquire during employment
• Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School
• High school diploma or equivalent
