Shamrock Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. is seeking an accounting specialist for our Service Division. This is a full time position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities include:
Accounts Payable -
- Point of Contact for Vendors
- Maintain Monthly Vendor Statements
- Enter Invoices into System for payment
- Review and post Vendor Invoice
- Create Vendor Checks for payment approximately 40-50 checks per month
Cash Receipts
- Prepare deposits for bank
- Process Credit Card Payments
- Apply payments to customer accounts
Billing
- Prepare billing as needed
- Collections for all Divisions
Other
- Prepare service contracts for annual mailing as well as renewals throughout the year
Requirements
- 3 plus years experience
- Experience with special projects is a necessity
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other software
